Used the case for about 3 weeks.The expanding handle has stuck in the down position, so can't pull it around.Who do I contact for repair or replacement?- I actually released the handle, and found the handle lock assembly was put together wrong. Moved a few screws, push-rods and washers, and it was all ok. Just sloppy manufacturing. -OK, so, here we are 1 year later.The bag itself is great - it holds all I need it to.It looks good, and the leather and zips are tough, and reliable.However - the wheel mounts just can't hold up to the stress of normal life.I'm a pilot for a living - it carts my stuff around terminals, in and out of aircraft every day.Both wheel mounts have cracked and collapsed after less than 1 years use, and the bag basically drags its arse along the concrete.Certainly not worth $150 for under 1 years use.I'd possible buy it again, but for maybe $100. Then I'd replace it every year.If you're going from you car to the office to the Courthouse once per day, then I'm sure this case will handle the workload.Buy it - it will be great, and you'll love it.Any workload over that - anything slightly rugged over a period of time, and it might not be the best bag for the job.And that makes me sad, because as I said, it looks good, the leather, structure and zips are good, but the wheel mounts crack, and let the product down.
