A certification exclusive to Thermaltake, it sets the benchmark for all true LCS chassis and is applied only to products that meet our stringent design standards for delivering what hardcore enthusiasts demand. The Tt LCS certification is a way for Thermaltake to designate to all power users the chassis which have been tested for best compatibility with extreme liquid cooling configurations.Thermaltake has released the new Riing 12 LED Series, a 120mm fan fitted to enhance static pressure that produces impressive cooling performance with an optimized fan blade. Concentrated Compression Blade (CCB) for high-static pressure of demanding applications such as radiators, the CCB is engineered to focus the inner weaker circle of air outwards, allowing the outer section to pressurize and compress the air
Wind Blocker Frame To achieve maximum static pressure in all applications, the frame is designed to work with the CCB to reduces the blade's noise and vibration, creating a perfect balance between power and sound
Hydraulic Bearing/Low-Noise Design The hydraulic bearing self-lubricates with a high quality, friction-reducing substance which lowers operating noise and improves efficiency. The Low-Noise Cable can reduce the noise level by 24% from 24.6dBA to 18.7dBA
Anti-vibration Mounting System In-mold injection anti-vibration rubber pads provide hassle-free usage for 80% protection coverage, including all four corners
Four colors of the Patented LED Versions Available Ring 12 LED Series is also available with different LED versions (red, blue, green, and white), adding cooling aesthetics to the chassis
Inlet and outlet temp. are 49℃ and 44.5℃ in respective, △T= 4.5℃
Picked this up after replacing the 120's in my H440, and having weird OCD about the fact that the single, stock, rear 140 didn't light up.Out of the box, it's like any other Thermaltake fan; pretty, no ridged plastic, and ready to slap in. The LED ring itself is pretty well done in terms of construction quality,Installation is pretty straight forward, and the rubber on all 4 corners surrounding the screw holes really dispels any fear about damaging the fan while you're irritated that you've taken your system apart for the 4th time to add another novelty. One thing I love about these fans is the brightness. They aren't eye-blindingly bright, but they're certainly not dim. They're actually quite easy on the eyes, while still illuminating the system fairly well. Plus, they just look awesome whenever you peak through your case. In addition, these things are really quiet. Being an easily distracted musician, hearing a fan whirring while trying to record can be irritated, and I'm happy to report that neither the 120mm or 140mm versions are overbearingly loud.Overall, I'd highly recommend these fans to anyone looking for a relatively cheap, good-looking fan without compromising quality or cooling ability. I'll likely be picking a few more up for my system at work.
