So, a few weeks ago my old laptop bag finally ripped beyond compare and I started my hunt for a new one. I took to Amazon and spent about an hour looking up different bags. I have a 17.3 inch Toshiba so it is really hard to find a bag large enough for it. I came across this adorable pink and black Damask bag and fell in love with the way it looked in the pictures. I order it and got it recently, and man, can I say I am impressed.First off, it looks even better in then the pictures when you finally get to see it. The pink is a hot pink, but not so bright it is obnoxious, and the black is dark. As for the white though, it is not a pristine shade of white due to the material. But the white is not going to stay clean for very long as it is, white fabric never does.A second thing that made me go "wow" was how big it actually was. It says 17", but it my 17.3" fits nice and snug, which will help protect it even more. The pictures do not really give it justice at all for how nice it actually is. When you open the main zipper you open to the lap top compartment. On one side is where the laptop sits, with velcro belts to fasten it in. Then on the other side of this compartment is two small mesh pockets, a three pen or pencil hold, and an ID card slot, as well as a larger pocket that is big enough to hold about a one inch binder in it. On the front side is another large pocket that velcros shut with two small velcro patches, it can hold the one inch binder as well. Then on the back side is a small velcro closing pouch that attaches to another zipper compartment. This zipper campartment is like a file with a single divider, and stretched out quite a bit.It comes with a decent sized over the shoulder strap that has the shoulder pad, and a so far extremely sturdy handle.The only thing bad I can say about this product is it stinks when you first open it, but that is typical for new bags, so it is something that goes away after time.Purchased item January 4, 2013 and loved it it's roomy and held all the stuff I needed it too. If I had reviewed it after getting it I'd have given it 5 stars I got compliments in it and like I said felt it was perfect..... Why I gave it 4 stars this morning while using the shoulder strap the stitching came out on where it attached to the bag and my computer fell on concrete? it's got enough padding I'm sure it's ok, but I looked the strap over and found where the other side was coming unstitched as well and other places on the strap were coming unstitched. I don't use it every day and I feel like yes my laptop is heavy but I feel like when you pay $40.00 it should last a few years even with daily use... So I guess I will purchase a different brand laptop bag hopefully it lasts longer, I'm just sad because I really really liked this one?I simply love this bag! It's a nice subtle leopard print of a heavy canvas type material with padding, but this bag is so functional it's crazy. The outside flap pocket has extra fabric so it expands out a bit when open. It can easily fit a tablet, mouse, and a book all at once. On the back side, there is a zippered pocket that expands when open that will fit several full file folders. When you unzip and open the bag itself, the lid has a bunch of pockets and such built in to hold pens, cords, credit card slot, etc. The bottom has velcro straps built in to hold your laptop in place. There is also a padded detachable shoulder strap that is quite sturdy, no worries it will be break and cause your laptop to crash to the ground. Very sturdy briefcase style handle as well. The whole thing is very good quality, seems like it will last a long time. For the price, it's an unbelievable bargain. I would recommend this to anyone.I bought this for my step daughters laptop. She is constantly carrying it from one house to the other and we didn't want her laptop to get broken so we got this bag. She is very rough on things and this fits the bill. Its adorable and cute and provides enough room for her laptop and the cords that come with. I'm very glad that I found this and didn't have to get her a plain ol boring black one.The only thing that I was disappointed in was the price of the shipping. After I bought this the shipping came up and told me that it might not get there until after Christmas....without telling me how much it was....it moved my shipping to the faster deliver...which ended up costing as much as the stinkin bag! AND it came only a day before the rest of the order that was ordered on the same day as the bag....so, adorable, cute, durable, and perfect in every way EXCEPT I paid too much for shipping....grrrr!This laptop case is beautiful and has plenty of storage room inside for all my documents I need to carry, my driver's license, and all my pens/stationary. I really like how the inside has a perfect fit for my 17 inch laptop with straps that Velcro together to keep my computer safe. The color is exactly the same as the picture, which rarely happens. I have purchased other laptop cases that are four times this price but only have boring black material. This bag will turn heads! It does come with a few fray strings along the seam but nothing a quick running over with a lighter won't fix. I fixed it the same way I fixed fray strings on my military uniform. Perhaps, individuals may not even notice the fray strings but I tend to pay close attention to detail! GET IT...TOOOO Classy & Sassy!!!I am very reluctant to order items online without seeing them in person. This bag exceeded my expectations. The bag is very roomy with lots of pockets, which I greatly needed. I have a 15 inch laptop, but ordered the 17 inch bag. I am glad I did because I do carry my laptop in a sleeve inside the bag and I think the 15 inch would have been a tad small. The bag seems sturdy and we'll made. The only downside I could see is the possibility of the Velcro closures on the outside pockets possibly wearing down over time. Overall this is a great bag, and I am pretty picky. Also, the bag is gorgeous and I have gotten a ton of complements from co workers!
