This is a decent office chair. I am a thick bottomed girl and find this chair very comfortable. The fabric is very soft and there is plenty of cushion. I also love that the arm rests can be moved up and down. The chair is also pretty heavy!Now, like most office chairs, this does not move well (or at all) on carpet but I knew that going in and still need to buy a mat for my floor.My only complaint is how difficult it was to assemble. I did it by myself and really struggled with getting the pieces to fit. Now, I know part of that is my own fault but a lot of it had to do with the pieces themselves. A few of my larger pieces were a bit bent, likely from shipping. When trying to get one of the arms on, it wouldn’t line up well and the screw got stripped from my trying so much/hard. My hubby finally got the screw in, but couldn’t get it in all the way since it had been stripped. It won’t budge now but hopefully that’s a good thing.First and foremost, I'd like to say that this chair is really not all that bad considering all the chairs I've ever sat on and the mixed reviews Amazon tends to put out there. To make this review as easy and understandable as possible, I will be listing the pros and cons of this chair after owning it for ~2 weeks and you can decide for yourself whether this chair is suitable for you or not.PROS:- Easy to assemble- No defective parts in the package- Adjustable armrests (like the ones at the movie theater that can flip up & down)- Works as intended- SturdyCONS:- Unbearable squeaking noise even after applying WD40 (lubrication) when rocking in the chair *still trying to figure out if I can get rid of the squeaking by taking the entire thing apart*- Not intended for people who are 6ft & taller (not long enough for my legs to rest on)- Cheap material for the price you're paying (better off buying amazon's choice office chairs)- The cushioning of the chair isn't as soft as it seemed in the photos providedOverall, this chair works and does the job. I bought this chair to replace a broken one. It's overpriced for the material it's made out of in my opinion. I will be updating this review in the future and hopefully breaking it in will make this chair better.Hard seat and not easy to assemble. Should have spent the extra $50 for assembly. As a hint start all Screws like you would for a car tire. Tighten after chair is assembled. That might help?I bought this after my last chair broke. It was given to me by a friend. Maybe I should sit in a chair before I buy it, but what are you going to do when we are in an online world. This chair is ok, but my previous one I would find comfortable after sitting in it all day. I find myself sliding forward in this chair, leaning and not taking advantage of the back as the day goes on. My previous chair I’d have no problems with. It’s called ergonomic, but after a few weeks I’m wondering if it’s really the right chair for me and my back.Very comfortable. Easy to put together. The wheels slide easilyThis was easy to assemble and looks great, just as pictured. It the back is fixed so there isn't flexibility to lean back but is otherwise comfortable for working 8 hours in.I bought this chair in the black leather (white stitching) and it has been an amazing replacement for an old office chair. The set up was extremely easy to follow and comes with a pair of gloves to help keep your hands clean (really needed the pictures to make sure I knew what I was doing lol). Once set up, you can instantly feel how comfortable the chair is since the padding is quite plush. The arms flip up too - a bonus feature that I do not really use but it is nice to have! The chair is perfect for my family's height, the padding of the chair and the curve fit in the right spots to support our bodies.Great Chair! Good value and quite comfortable. This is our second chair purchased from the Seller and both ladies love the chair. We did have a problem with the first chair, but Customer Service was great and they were able to solve our issues quickly. Would DEFINITELY buy again:)
