I bought a number of readers to toss about the house. Some cheaper, some less so. At first, I would simply take the ones that were nearest to me. I grew attached to these in particular because they are well-made, accurate and useful for a number of situations.Specifically, I will use certain readers simply to do that, read. I will use others to do fine work including mechanical and craftwork. These are easy to wear, easy to rest on my head if I do not use them for a while, and they cover the right amount of ground. Some of the more narrow readers are acceptable for reading but I do not find them useful for other things. Conversely, others cover so much ground that I have to tilt my head to look above or below to see the world beyond. These magnify what I want them to and not what I do not.And, my wife seems to like them, too. She does not snicker as she has with some of the round ones that I have used, nor peer at me strangely with some of the thinner models. But perhaps most important, she steals them for her use as well.So, I guess if you are going to buy these you should get at least 2.these are very helpful, clear, and easy to wear, yet one DRAWBACK only for those of us WHO DONT HAVE TINY FACES . ¿ Why are they all designed with frames so narrow?? lol I am not a cyclopsLove the fit.
